The United States is behind on efforts to empty busy urban areas of cars, but European cities like Oslo, Hamburg, Madrid, and Helsinki, among others, are well underway with model policies and programs. The latest video from City Beautiful shows where, why, and, importantly, how some of these cities have banished cars from their streets.
