Some business owners say that, while they're excited for wider sidewalks, they worry that a narrower Chicago Avenue will send more traffic down Augusta and away from their businesses.
Some transit advocates, including Streetsblog's John Greenfield, have criticized the plan for putting in a bike lane where a dedicated bus lane could have a bigger impact on more Chicagoans.
