The City of Astoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Development Review Audit of the City’s land use, permitting, and regulatory review processes. The goal is to identify improvements that streamline procedures, enhance interdepartmental coordination, and align with best practices and state mandates.
