Request for Proposals - Cooper Plaza Market Rate/Mixed Income Residential For-Sale Project

The Camden Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting sealed proposals for the “Cooper Plaza Market Rate/Mixed Income Residential For-Sale Project”, which involves the redevelopment of select publicly owned, vacant unimproved scattered site parcels located in the Cooper Plaza neighborhood. Proposal intent is for high-quality, residential infill development of For-Sale townhomes for market-rate and mixed-income occupancy.

The RFP is currently available and may be accessed on the CRA website at http://camdenredevelopment.org under the “Notices/RFPs/Bid Requests” section. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. (EST) on Thursday, July 31, 2025, and must be directed to Olivette Simpson, Executive Director, at Camden City Hall, 520 Market Street, Suite 1300, Camden, NJ 08101.
