Hosted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 9 and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control’s (DTSC) Office of Brownfields, in collaboration with the Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR), this conference offers tools, training, and networking opportunities essential for addressing brownfield cleanup and reuse challenges.
The conference has opened its Call for Sessions, inviting proposals that explore critical topics in land recycling, such as redevelopment strategies that drive economic growth, equitable community-led development approaches, adaptive reuse, climate resilience strategies, innovative cleanup technologies, and funding opportunities for sustainable redevelopment. The submission deadline is March 31, 2025.
