Suburban Community Welcomes New Sidewalks

The county of El Paso and the state of Texas are partnering to install sidewalks in the city of Sparks. The project reveals a community enthusiastic about investments in pedestrian safety.

Iraheta adds additional details about the project, which partnered the county and the Texas Department of Transportation. So far sidewalks have been added on three streets in Sparks, with plans for more.
