The Least Stressful City In America
A national demographics firm has determined that New York State's Capital Region is the least stressful large metropolitan area in the U.S.
"The stress index study was released Friday by Sperling's BestPlaces, a Portland, Ore.-based company that crunches data and rates cities by various criteria. The Albany-Schenectady-Troy area (including Saratoga Springs) edged out Harrisburg, Pa., and Orange County, Calif., for the honor. The study ranked 100 large metropolitan areas (those with more than 500,000 residents). A total of 331 metro areas was examined."
