NOTICE: The Camden Redevelopment Agency (CRA) previously solicited sealed proposals for the “Cooper Plaza Market Rate/Mixed-Income Residential For-Sales Project,” which involved the redevelopment of select publicly owned, vacant, unimproved scattered-site parcels located in the Cooper Plaza neighborhood. The intent of the proposal was to promote high-quality residential infill development of for-sales townhomes for market-rate and mixed-income occupancy.
This RFP is canceled as of Tuesday, June 24, 2025, and will be re-issued at a later date. CRA has posted a similar notice on its website at http://camdenredevelopment.org under the “Notices/RFPs/Bid Requests” section.
