The goal of the plan, according to the article, "is to keep [urbanites] happy while rethinking the space between 30th Avenue N and 22nd Avenue S."
AECOM has been hired to facilitate the plan, which will provide "overarching guidance," rather than coming down directly on either side of issues like a new pier or the future of the Al Lang Stadium site.
