Putting Alternative Fuel Stations on the Map

Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Energy released an interactive map displaying thousands of alternative fuel stations around the nation.

Considering an alternative fuel vehicle, but you're worried about not being able to fuel it on long trips? The new interactive map shows the location of compressed natural gas, biodiesel, propane and electric fueling stations.

According to The CityFix, "The maps are created using MapBox and all data is available for download through the DOE."
