After reconfiguring the 14th Street Bridge, which crosses the Downtown Connector (I-75/I-85) in Atlanta, the Midtown Alliance and the city have their sights set on similar multi-modal improvements for the 10th Street Bridge.

Plans to reconfigure the 10th Street Bridge over the Downtown Connector (I-75/I-85) in Atlanta are moving forward. The city is planning to retool the bridge to include multi-modal options for crossing the bridge.
The current step in the process involves the Atlanta City Council approving a process for the city to acquire rights of way for construction. The enabling legislation "authorizes Atlanta buy property or condemn parcels if owners won’t accept the city’s good-faith offer," reports David Pendered. In all, five property owners control parcels that would be necessary for the city to proceed.
The project is under the purview of the Midtown Alliance, in the same arrangement as on a similar project for the 14th Street Bridge over the Downtown Connector.
The source article, linked below, has more details on the early concepts for the plan to reconfigure the 10th Street Bridge.
