A brief comic strip called "Spinning Our Wheels," created by Sarah Watts and Lucius Wisniewski, explores the difficulty of navigating Chicago with a special needs child. It's worth a look for those trying to build welcoming cities, because it's easy to take things like accessible businesses, transit, and bathrooms for granted.

"If half a million Chicagoans live with disabilities, why, then, isn't the city more accessible?"
