Is Baghdad Going Feral?
<p> One of the most influential pieces of contemporary urban theory I've ever read was a short monograph by Richard Norton entitled "Feral Cities", which <a href="http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0JIW/is_4_56/ai_110458726">appeared in the Naval War College Review</a> in 2003.
