Also mentioned: the pluses and minuses ofnaturalgas, biomass, hydrogen, solar and wind technologies. Some say the bestwayto wean ourselves from the oil habit is through conservation. Accordingtothe Sierra Club, if the vehicle fuel economyaverage of 20.8 mpg were raised to 40 mpg, it would save at least 3millionbarrels of oil a day
