Another week down, packed with transportation and housing news. While a streetcar line opens in Cincinnati, D.C. Metro considers deep cuts to its late night service. Everyone wants to reduce traffic fatalities, but sometimes it seems like we're still trying to accept the realities of traffic safety. And it's still 2016, so there was news from the housing sector this week—in Portland the city decided to extend its officially declared "housing emergency" for another year.
