"The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy is about to acquire a new parcel near Topanga State Park. It has been on their most wanted list since 1993. The tract runs from the San Diego Freeway to Will Rogers State Park. It is the last piece of rural Los Angeles, according to the conservancy."
