Community Development Director

The City of Wisconsin Rapids is seeking qualified candidates who display the City's organizational values of community focus, honesty, integrity and accountability to fille an opening for Community Development Director.  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land-use planning, urban planning, landscaping,
  architecture, civil engineering, public administration or a closely related field
• Five years' experience in planning, engineering, zoning, or economic and
  community development, as an employee of a municipality or governmental
  unit
• Five years proven administrative/management experience in a leadership
  position
• Experience establishing relationships and/or partnerships with other city
  departments, governmental entities, and those in the business community
• Budget and administrative experience
• Experience in leadership, strategic planning, and employee relations
• Valid Drivers License
