The Council for European Urbanism, formed last September, has now formed its first national branch, with some new members calling for a sharper focus for the organisation.
The CEU was formed almost 9 months ago in Stockholm, and has now launched its first constituted national organisation, CEU Deutschland (CEUD). The organisation was launched at a conference in Görlitz / Zgorlec, a town straddling the German / Polish border. Some members of the new organisation see it straddling a fence too, and have called for a sharper focus and more teeth.
