Elizabeth Daigneau shares details and insight into the Greenprint Resource Hub, defining a greenprint as "a strategic conservation plan that reveals the economic and social benefits that parks, open spaces and working lands provide communities."

Greenprints enable better planning of parks and open space by "[brining] the benefits and values of a landscape into planning processes," according to Daigneau.

Planetizen reported that Nature Conservancy, the Trust for Public Land and the Conservation Fund released the Greenprint Resource Hub in July 2017.
