The cooperative is comprised of key stakeholders from municipalities, the county government, school districts, hospitals and other regionally important bodies. The Cooperative is designed to help local decision-making bodies fill in the gaps in local planning resources. Its activities range from holding countywide educational forums to providing technical assistance to municipalities.
