"Six weeks ago, nine national experts came to Buffalo, took a four-day look and concluded that downtown has the right stuff to become a vibrant residential community. Architect Matthew W. Meier wants to make sure the city doesn't forget.He and other organizers of the highly praised Regional/Urban Design Assistance Team event are working to ensure that its recommendations don't fade away like so many plans before it."
