Pleasanton's City Council is considering a housing ordinance that would eserve housing for very low- to moderate-income families.

Pleasanton's "City Council will consider an inclusionary housing ordinance thatrequires developers to set aside housing in new residential projects or pay afee per unit. In developments larger than 15 units, at least 15 percent must bereserved in multi-family projects, and at least 20 percent in single-familyprojects.
