The Denver Regional Transportation District official "gave Park Meadows an ultimatum Tuesday night - start collecting the transit agency's 0.6 percent sales tax by January or forfeit light-rail access to the mall.Park Meadows officials have asked for as much as two years to decide whether to get drawn into the RTD tax boundaries and get access to a station on the proposed $874 million southeast rail line down Interstate 25."
