Seeking to make his mark on 100 acres in the Hamptons, developer Coco Brown has selected famous architects to design the "Houses at Sagaponac" development. The homes, each the unique vision of its designer, promise prospective buyers cutting-edge modernism. But is the project really a daring experiment, or "an old suburb in high-design drag"?
