An Albany, NY, neighborhood is split between its desire for revitalization and its distrust of the eminent domain process.
A long-neglected neighborhood in Albany NY is finally getting some attention from the city. "To get parcels large enough for a catalyst mixed-used commercial project on the south end of New Scotland or for the student housing, a large number of individual lots will need to be assembledwhich has raised the specter of eminent domain.
