When complete, the Rolling V Ranch will be one of the largest residential developments in the state of Texas.

"A huge residential development planned northwest of Fort Worth will have room for 10,000 homes," reports Steve Brown.
Dallas-based PMB Capital Investments purchased more than 3,400 acres of land to build its Rolling V Ranch development near the intersections of State Highway 114 and U.S. 287 in Wise County, according to Brown.
"The sprawling development is expected to cost more than $3.5 billion to build by the time it’s completed, making it one of the largest residential communities in North Texas."
More details on the planned development, and the previous and ongoing work of the developer, are included in the source article.
