Three big projects are proposed for the neighborhood of South Downtown in Atlanta.
"There’s a land rush underway in what was the most forgotten part of downtown Atlanta," reports Matt Kempner.
"The efforts include a developer purchasing lots of buildings south of the Five Points MARTA station, another group that bought Underground Atlanta and a new push by people connected to the Atlanta Hawks lead owner," adds Kempner.
