"Two MBTA riders broke the record for riding all four MBTA lines end to end," report Casey Aresnault and Caitlin Fichtel.

"The riders, known as @CharlieOnMTA and @transitalex, or Dominic DiLuzio and Alex Cox, live-tweeted their ride, keeping followers up to date on their progress," according to the article. The new record: riding the entire system in 7 hours, 29 minutes, and 46 stations. The record was set on Friday, August 18, 2017.

The article includes the exact order of the ride, which was thoroughly documented by the two new record holders.

For more background on the accomplishment, see an article written by Steve Annear prior to the record-setting ride.
