Massachusetts is showing all signs of a state that has recovered the water it lost during a two-year drought.

The drought in Massachusetts is over, reports Andy Rosen. "For the first time in months, there are no parts of Massachusetts that are drier than normal, according to the US Drought Monitor, a collaboration of academic and government officials who track conditions across the land."

In response to the wet season, state Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Matthew Beaton called off the state's drought advisory, but cautioned residents to continue to be diligent.
