David Meyer interviews Ryan Russo, deputy commissioner for transportation management and planning, about the recent release of the DOT's "New York City Mobility Report."

According to Meyer's introduction of the article, the report is "the agency’s first overview of NYC transportation trends in three years," which finds growth in the subway and bike network, while also finding declining bus ridership and bus speeds.
