The WTC plans may be too commercial but why is that so bad? Isn't New York the "most commercial of all cities?"

ome of the sharpest criticism called the six plans too commercial, even greedy... it was necessary to placate the real estate developers who rented the trade center and besides, it needs the money.And maybe that is not so surprising or even so awful... it seems hard to ignore the fact that greed has always been a driving force in the city and not always for ill.
