Anybody driving through downtown Redmond must negotiate a labyrinth of one-way streets, circular roads and avenues that end abruptly. [The plan would] turn Redmond Way, Cleveland Street and other roads into two-way streets; improve pedestrian access and bicycle routes; and add street parking."
