The Academy Awards will now return to Hollywood, CA. The revitalization project at Hollywood and Highland is open.

It has a 3,6000-seat theater, a retail center with 60 shops and restaurants, and it is predicted to be "the next great entertainment district in America." Builders and residents are hoping that this complex will be the catalyst for "an economic boom not seen since the days of Cecil B. DeMille." A research fellow at the Urban Land Institute in Washington says that, "We're at the edge of a dramatic, dramatic change."
