With $100 million in planned investment, will downtown Buffalo finally become a livable urban center?

"After years of studies and seemingly endless talk, Buffalo's 24-hour downtown is closer to reality." Investing $75 million of their own money into residential development projects downtown -- Century Centre I, Elk Terminal and Belesario -- three developers are looking to add 274 loft apartments in downtown Buffalo. Could this be the start of something grand? Maybe.
