OMA even plot a map of Europe redrawn as "Eneropa", where regions are defined by their energy source. Most of Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece become "Solaria".

Rowan Moore reports that "it is plain that their plan would need will and cohesion that has not been evident in, for example, the EU's attempts to solve the Greek debt crisis."
