The date February 15, 2018, was a historic one for Price County. Being the third Thursday of the month, it was the day that the county commissioners usually met. But this day was special: it was the first time that the countys new IRVS (Intelligent Region Voting System) was used, enabling a broad cross section of the countys citizens to participate in reviewing six specific plan amendments.
