Two carpoolers get fed up with carpool cheats and launch a website to catch cheaters in the act on a digital camera.
"Suddenly, McIntyre thought of the perfect payback for carpool-lane scofflaws -- more enduring and publicly humiliating than an angry hand gesture or a horn honk. He and David created www.CarPoolCheats.org -- a Web site featuring photos of cheaters they have caught in the act on their digital camera... The Web site doesn't stop with carpool lane cheaters, but includes sections on motorists caught driving in bike lanes and drivers caught doing "dumb stuff'' like reading the newspaper or putting on makeup while behind the wheel."
