WebsiteThe City of Evanston is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist the City in evaluating the market potential and specific implementation strategies for Evanston with individualized recommendations for its business districts. The City is seeking a consultant's analysis of market trends and demands for the city as a whole, as well as its eight unique business districts.
The purpose of this RFP is to understand Evanston’s commercial landscape, identify gaps, evaluate the competitive trade area, evaluate the potential of each business district, and identify physical improvements supportive of business district activities.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2022. Responses will be accepted electronically via E-bidding through DemandStar. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually on March 8 at 11 a.m. via Zoom.
