The City of Nassau Bay is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications to update the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Nassau Bay. Proposals will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide a range of professional planning and recommendations for update and review of the City of Nassau Bay Comprehensive Plan. Sealed Request for Proposals directed to the City of Nassau Bay, Texas will be received until 11:30 a.m., Friday, February 15, 2019, at Nassau Bay City Hall, 1800 Space Park Drive, Suite 200, Nassau Bay, Texas 77058. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted. No emailed or faxed copies will be accepted.

RFQ documents may be obtained from www.nassaubay.com/bids.aspx. There is NO charge to view or download documents. Additionally, RFQ documents may be obtained by contacting Mary Chambers through email at [email protected].
To receive consideration, one (1) unbound original and three (3) bound copies of proposal documents, unless stated otherwise within the specifications, must be received at: Nassau Bay Assistant City Manager, Nassau Bay City Hall, 1800 Space Park, Suite 200, Nassau Bay, Texas 77058. The envelope must be sealed and state “Sealed RFP – Comprehensive Plan Update.” All submittals must be received by 11:30 a.m., February 15, 2019. No submittals received after this deadline will be considered. No pre-proposal meeting will be held for this project.
