This week, the agency announced that it would reduce carbon emissions from its buildings by a minimum of 30 percent over the next ten years.
These cuts are part of the New York City Carbon Challenge, a Bloomberg-era program for businesses, universities, and other institutions that was recently expanded by Mayor Bill de Blasio.
