A developer hopes to bring more of a Times Square feel to the Las Vegas Strip—and maybe an NBA team will follow.
"The famous Las Vegas Strip is about to get a major addition in the form of the Cuningham Group’s All Net Resort and Arena, a $1.4 billion mixed-use and entertainment project backed by former NBA player and first-time developer Jackie Robinson (not to be confused with the famous baseball player of the same name)," reports Guy Horton.
"The ambitious project includes an 860,000-square-foot multi-purpose arena, a 300,000-square-foot pedestrian plaza, and, crowning it all, a 44-story combo boutique and five-star hotel and spa."
Horton adds that Robinson hopes to lure an NBA team to the arena.
