How can we improve the quality of life in our city?Those are questions Elaine Carmichael and Penny Coombes are regularly called upon to answer for cities. Elaine Carmichael is president of Economic Stewardship in the Chicago area. Penny Coombes is the founder and managing director of The People for Places and Spaces in Sydney, Australia. They'll will discuss how to build and sustain quality of life in cities on the next "Smart City." The show is broadcast Sunday or listen to the show streamed live on the Web.
