An old mall which closed in 1998, has been reborn into a thriving office complex that houses over 3,000 workers in Tampa, FL.

Owner John Hancock, spent over $8 million on improvments such as childcare center, auditorium, cafeteria and teleconferencing services to attract tenents. "Because of its size, and the kinds of tenants it has attracted, netp@rk is likely the largest and most successful mall reuse project in the United States" said Geoffrey Booth, director of retail development for the Urban Land Institute in Washington."
