Officials in Los Angeles are close to closing a naming rights deal for $500 million or more for the entire downtown area.
The deal would include signage and advertising rights. "Officials revealed that Hug-A-Dunka, a growing doughnut chain with hundreds of outlets in the Southeastern United States, is expected to sign a nine-figure deal to affix its name to Downtown.
