"It's unlikely turf to fight for, yet it has become a battleground over government's power to bend business to its planning and redevelopment will.Some day, the Everett eyesore is supposed to become part of TeleCom City, the grand vision for a gleaming high-tech research and development park on 200 acres in three suburbs along the Malden River. When that will happen is anybody's guess, but it won't be soon. The recession and collapse of the telecommunications industry have seen to that."
