Congestion at Chicago's airports, both in the air and on the ground, has left some frequent flyers feeling like migrating birds with clipped wings... The good news is that the city and state finally appear ready to put aside their differences and take steps to alleviate worsening congestion, even if this means embarking on projects with considerable financial risk. What follows is an update on the ever-changing status of Chicago airport planning.
