The California Coastal Act says that "development shall not interfere with the public's right of access to the sea." But the rich and famous on Malibu's beach don't seem to care. Geffen, Rodman, Katzenberg, Speilberg, Mancuso, Eli Broad,and Dick Riordan's former wife--some come to their beach homes only occasionally. But there or not, they don't want the riff-raff of the masses on their beach. It's like buying the "Ahwahnee Hotel and tell everyone to stay out of Yosemite." When will the Coastal Commission react?
