So what's next?City officials across the state are looking for convenient and economical solutions to the widespread problem of technological obsolescence. Since outdated televisions and computer monitors were banned from California landfills as a result of a March 2001 reinterpretation of existing regulations, electronics are the latest waste management dilemma facing government officials and waste management specialists."
