In the past few years, Los Angeles has had a transformation in civic architecture. With the Getty Center, Disney Hall, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, and other pending renovations, major world architects are creating a new vision. Now the Los Angeles County Museum of Art is on the verge of spending $200 million to create a new and more functional museum. Will this project continue to raise the architectural standards in Los Angeles, giving architectural depth to the city?
