The Lake View neighborhood in Chicago will unveil a new master plan for a completely redesigned community, including a "Low Line" park walkway.
The new walkway would be located beneath the Brown High Line, and is a part of the new Master Plan for Lake View.
"The plan focuses on business, the release said, but also includes elements such as encouraging more and better use of public space for performance, emphasizing public art, and creating competitions to design everything from bike parking to bus shelters."
